Katie Shapiro has a diverse background in various roles such as Sr. Director of Planning and Pricing, Sales Director, Director Of Customer Service, and more with Bentley Labs. Prior to that, Katie worked as a Planner/Sr account Manager at Cosmetic Essence LLC and managed a medical front desk at Professional Orthopaedic Associates. Katie also has experience in customer support and data entry roles with companies such as Marathon Data Systems and RIA Connect. Katie graduated from Monmouth University with a BS in Business Management and a minor in Health Studies.
