Don Rigsby has over four decades of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Benteler Automotive since December 1984. In this role, Rigsby focuses on developing and implementing manufacturing processes while establishing quality controls to meet customer requirements. Prior to this position, Rigsby worked at Caterpillar Tractor Company from July 1972 to December 1984 as a tool and machine designer, as well as factory supervision, managing production lines in the Gear Shop. Rigsby's educational background includes a two-year degree in Machine Shop (Machinist Apprentice) from Caterpillar Tractor Company, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bradley University, and an Associate of Arts from Illinois Central College.
