Peter Warren has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership positions. Peter currently serves as the President of Benoist Group at Heritage Distribution Holdings since 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO/President of Benoist Brothers Supply starting from 2017. From 2016 to 2017, Peter worked as an Independent Sponsor, sourcing private equity deals for family office and private equity investors. Peter also served as an Operating Partner at Thompson Street Capital Partners from 2012 to 2016 and as the Managing Director at Gateway Arch Capital Group from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they worked as an Operating Partner at Forum Synergies LLC and as the President/CEO of Swan Corporation from 1998 to 2007. Peter's early career included roles as the President/CEO of WSF/Interactive and a Producer at Ogilvy & Mather.

Peter Warren attended Phillips Academy, Andover from 1975 to 1978, where they obtained their high school diploma. Peter then pursued a degree in Visual & Environmental Studies at Harvard University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned their A.B. degree.
