Aditya (Adi) Kapoor is a Design Engineer at Bennett & Pless, Inc. since April 2021, with prior roles including Structural Team Lead and Structural Engineer for the Illinois Solar Decathlon from September 2019 to December 2020. Aditya also served as an iMBA Course Assistant at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed a Bridge Engineering Internship at Patrick Engineering in the summer of 2020. Earlier experiences include a Research Internship at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research's Central Road Research Institute and an Engineer Internship at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Aditya represented India as a Youth Delegate at the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students in October 2017 and volunteered globally with AIESEC Egypt in late 2016. Academically, Aditya holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
