Lavenia Thursch is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in analytical methods and research across multiple industries. Currently serving as Scientist II at Benjamin Moore since September 2023, Lavenia previously contributed as a Scientist at GSK from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing GMP analytical testing methods for vaccine portfolios. Lavenia's research background includes work as a Research Assistant at Drexel University, focusing on peptide gels and presenting findings internationally, as well as formulating emulsions at Arkema and conducting process engineering internships at Baxter International Inc. and in the field of food science in Vienna. Education includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master's Degree in Chemistry and Process Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
