Jessica Lesperance Couteaux

Operations Lead, Implementations at Benevity

Jessica Lesperance Couteaux has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their most recent position at Benevity, they worked as the Operations Lead for Implementations. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Implementation Consultant and Implementation Consultant for Client Projects at the same company. Jessica also served as a Relationship Manager at Benevity.

Before joining Benevity, Jessica worked at Pollinate Energy as a Program Leader and City Start-Up Support, where they managed Fellowship and Young Professional programs and oversaw consulting projects. Jessica also worked as a Program Coordinator at Pollinate Energy.

Jessica's earlier experiences include working as a Starter Expert Asset Manager at Elia, an English Language Teacher at The English Academy, a Business and Engineering Intern at Essex Energy, and a Science and Technology Teacher at Institut de l'Enfant Jesus. Jessica also served as an International Exchange Program Assistant at The University of Western Ontario and as a Volunteer IT Intern at OpenmindProjects.

Jessica Lesperance Couteaux completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering at Western University from 2006 to 2010. Jessica then pursued a Master of Electromechanical Engineering with a specialty in Management and Technology, focusing on Energy and Green Management, at Université libre de Bruxelles from 2011 to 2013. In 2008 and 2009, they also participated in the 3rd Year Engineering Curriculum at The National University of Singapore.
