As Benetrends’ Chief Compliance Officer, Neal Ehrlich has over 42 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Neal has been an Enrolled Actuary since 1984. Neal has been a lecturer for many organizations focusing on all aspects of qualified retirement plans, particularly related to Rollover as Business Start-ups (“ROBS”).
For many years, Neal has spent time on Capitol Hill discussing ROBS Plans with members of Congress and their respective staffs. He also has participated in many meetings with the Departments of Treasury and Labor to make certain that the ROBS industry is meeting each agencies compliance expectations.
Neal received his bachelor’s degree in secondary mathematics education from Temple University.
