Kelly R. Smith possesses extensive experience in product management and technical operations, currently serving as Director of Product at Beneration since July 2020. Prior roles at Beneration include Senior Product Manager, Director of Technical Operations, Manager of VerifiaBill Operations, and Customer Success Specialist. Prior to joining Beneration, Kelly held various positions at Temple University, UHS, PPD, and DoubleStar, Inc., focusing on physician onboarding, recruitment coordination, and talent acquisition. Academically, Kelly earned a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
