Michelle Anderson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Benenden Hospital since March 2014, following a role as HR Manager. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of HR Director at ISG Technology from October 2005 to October 2012 and worked as an HR Manager at Bayer HealthCare from January 2004 to October 2005. Michelle holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from City College Norwich.
