Juan Francisco Salamanca Montes serves as the Coordinador del Área de Estudios del Patrimonio Cultural at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) since 1992, contributing to research on cultural heritage sites and their connection to tourism. With a longstanding career at BUAP beginning in 1974, Juan Francisco has engaged in uninterrupted teaching while pursuing further education, including a Master’s degree in Architecture specializing in Technology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in 1985 and a Doctorate in Architecture focusing on Architectural Design Teaching, completed in 1989.
