Katarina Ilic is a Customer Success Manager at Benefiti since August 2021, bringing significant experience in customer relations and support. Prior to this role, Katarina served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Nanoinspekt d.o.o. from May 2020 to June 2021, and as a Retail Coordinator for Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro at Natura Siberica from June 2016 to May 2020. Currently pursuing education at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade, Katarina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Megatrend University, completed in September 2020.
