Joanna Chróściel is a Senior Product Owner at Benefit Systems SA, with extensive experience in product management and system analysis since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joanna served as Co-founder and COO at PDA IT Solutions from June 2018 to December 2021, and held various positions at MINERAL MIDRANGE S.A. from October 2012 to June 2019, including Head of IBM Financial Analytics Implementations Department and Senior IBM Cognos TM1 Consultant/Developer. Joanna's academic background includes a Master's degree in Digital Economy and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in Economics, both from Warsaw University of Technology.
