Ewa Bartniczuk has extensive experience in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Customer Care Department at Benefit Systems SA since October 2014. In this role, Ewa is responsible for building and managing teams focused on health-oriented events for clients across Poland, notably through the “Health at Work” wellbeing program. Previous positions at Benefit Systems include Operations Deputy Director, where Ewa managed GDPR compliance projects for the organization and its affiliates, and Head of Contact Center, overseeing user service for both B2C and B2B clients. Prior experience includes various managerial positions at Agora SA from 2008 to 2014. Ewa holds a Master’s degree in Economy from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has completed multiple postgraduate programs, including one focused on workplace well-being from Kozminski University.
