Sol Melendez, M.Ed, is an experienced benefits specialist with a strong background in human resources and insurance. Currently serving at Benefit Educators, LLC since March 2018, Sol offers benefit counseling and conducts educational sessions on core and voluntary benefits. Prior experience includes roles at Willis Towers Watson and Innotech Benefit Solutions, where Sol also educated employees on benefit packages. As an insurance specialist since 2007, Sol has assisted clients with various insurance needs. Earlier in the career, Sol held positions in human resources management, focusing on employee benefits administration and compliance at Ralston Purina de Venezuela, C.A., and HJ Heinz. Sol holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad de Carabobo.
