Sandrine Martins currently serves as the General Manager at Benefit Cosmetics since July 2023, after a long tenure as General Manager at Benefit Cosmetics Portugal from February 2011 to July 2023, where Sandrine was instrumental in developing the brand as an exclusive offering for Sephora and expanding the Brow Bar business. Prior experience includes over a decade at Sephora Portugal, starting as a Store Manager across multiple locations and advancing through various roles, including Marketing Assistant and Store Manager in a new concept store, focusing on profitability, recruitment, and effective merchandising. Sandrine holds a degree in Marketing from IPAM, completed in 2009.
