Kaitlyn Kendall-Sperry is a consultant at Benefactor Group. Kaitlyn previously worked as an intern at SocialVentures and as a consultant/grant writer at Ohio Theirpanic Coalition. Kaitlyn also served as a Youth and Education VISTA for AmeriCorps VISTA.
Kaitlyn has experience communicating and building relationships with for-profit and non-profit social enterprise businesses. Kaitlyn is skilled in researching and analyzing information regarding the impact of social enterprise organizations. Kaitlyn also has experience researching industry competitors to identify best practices, pricing trends, and service opportunities.
At Ohio Theirpanic Coalition, Kaitlyn was responsible for writing grants for local, state, federal, and private funding sources. Kaitlyn also communicated with potential funders to ensure new opportunities aligned with agency objectives. In addition, they created training plans for agency programs and transitioned a $90,000 line-item program budget to an outcome-based budget.
As a Youth and Education VISTA for AmeriCorps VISTA, Kaitlyn served as a tutor and mentor for students in grades K-12. Kaitlyn also developed and implemented after-school and summer programs for students.
Kaitlyn Kendall-Sperry has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Ohio State University and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from The Ohio State University. Kaitlyn also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies, Spanish Area Studies from Kenyon College and a High School Diploma from Dublin Coffman High School. Kaitlyn is also proficient in Spanish Language from their studies at Cemanahuac Educational Community.
