Laura Russo is an experienced project manager specializing in healthcare technology and community services. Currently serving as the eReferral Program Manager at Bendigo Health since May 2015, Laura manages the Victorian eReferral Project, focusing on secure electronic medical referrals for GPs. Key responsibilities include stakeholder liaison, project documentation, and management of project scope, schedule, and costs. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an EMR Project Officer at Bendigo Health, enhancing the electronic medical record system. Previous experience includes roles at NT Police as a Project Officer/Referral Coordinator and various community sector organizations as a Community Case Manager. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Legal Studies from La Trobe University, in addition to a Diploma of Interior Design and Architecture from RMIT University.
