Information Security Communications And Awareness Lead at Bendigo Bank

Katie M.'s work experience begins in 2013 with Bendigo Bank, where they started as a Customer Service Officer and eventually worked their way up to become a Customer Service Supervisor. Katie then took on roles such as Network Support Officer and Product Officer. From 2021 to 2022, Katie worked as a Cyber Security Analyst before assuming their current position as the Information Security Communications and Awareness Lead. In 2018, they also worked as a Communications Officer at Maldon & District Financial Services Ltd.

Katie M. completed a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with a focus on Cyber Security at Deakin University from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, in 2016, they obtained a Certificate III in Financial Services from the Australian College of Commerce & Management. Additionally, from 2017 to 2018, they received a Certificate II in Medical Service First Response from Ambulance Victoria, specializing in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management. In 2005-2006, they pursued a Diploma in Conservation & Land Management as well as a Diploma in Sustainability from Swinburne University of Technology.
