Dean Bender has a strong background in the public relations and communications industry. Dean started their career at Rogers & Cowan in 1981 as an Account Supervisor, where they held this position until 1984. In 1986, they joined B/HI as the President, a role they retired from.

Dean Bender studied English Literature at UCLA and later earned their MS in Mass Communications at San Diego State University.
