Kirsten Leenders is an experienced Talentmanager at Bender Groep since October 2014, overseeing the development of young professionals in the social domain and responsible for their engagement and guidance. Previously, Kirsten held the role of Specialist Sociaal Domein, serving as a Wmo consultant involved in the full lifecycle of client dossiers. Prior to this, Kirsten worked as a Verzorgende at Stichting Samen Zorgen and completed internships as an Ergotherapeut i.o. at ZZG zorggroep and Stichting Kalorama. Educational qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and a HAVO diploma from Hendrik Pierson College.
