Lori Rodriguez currently serves as a Senior Account Manager at TDS Telecommunications LLC, recognized as a President's Club winner in 2022 and achieving 1st Place in 2019 during the first eligibility year. Previously, Lori held the title of Manager of the Customer Interaction Center at ConvaTec from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included team leadership and performance management in sales and key performance indicators. Lori also worked at U.S. Cellular as an Agent Sales and Development Manager between 2004 and 2014, acting as a business advisor focusing on sales execution and relationship building. Earlier experience includes roles at Teleflora, AT&T Mobility, and UPS, where marketing, sales management, and customer service were key aspects. Lori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from the College of Business, completing the degree between 1985 and 1990.
