Julia Amendola Palkovic, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Talent Manager at Benco Dental since May 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the Talent Team focused on hiring, retaining top talent, and managing performance and employee relations. Previously, Julia held various roles at Benco Dental, including Senior Talent Specialist and Talent Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Misericordia University and an HR Intern at PepsiCo - Gatorade. Julia began their career at Wegmans Food Markets, progressing from Front End Cashier to Management Intern. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Marketing from Susquehanna University.
