Monica Cioba has over 18 years of experience in the procurement and supply chain field, currently serving as the Account Team Leader Purchasing and Buyer at Benchmark since March 2016. Responsibilities include issuing and managing Purchase Orders, organizing shipments from Europe and Asia, addressing invoice and transport issues, and closely coordinating with logistics, finance, and warehouse departments. Prior to Benchmark, Monica worked at LUKOIL from March 2005 to March 2016, holding roles as Operator and Sef agentie comerciala, which provided a strong foundation in operations and commercial activities.
