Christy Miller is a seasoned content professional with extensive experience in educational publishing. Currently serving as Supervising Content Developer at Benchmark Education Company since December 2020, Christy previously worked as a Content Lead, Writer, and Editor for an independent contractor from July 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included creating a social media plan for a historical society and leading digital social studies lessons. From 2015 to 2019, Christy held the position of Editorial Director at QBS Learning, directing projects for K–12 social studies and reading/language arts while managing teams to ensure compliance with curriculum standards. Prior roles include serving as an Editor and Writer for various educational materials from 2004 to 2015 and as Senior Editor at Harcourt School Publishers from 1996 to 2004, where Christy managed projects for elementary social studies textbooks. Christy Miller holds a degree from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2000 and 2003.
