Janeth Ariana Caballero Cantarero has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Janeth Ariana began their career as an Accounting Specialist at Adriana's Insurance Services in 2009. Janeth Ariana then worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Teleperformance and Sutherland from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Teleperformance México as a Telemarketing representative.

In 2013, Janeth took on the role of a Social Services Assistant at Instituto Nacional de Migración (INAMI) and later worked as a Call Center Agent at CMS. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and Information Technology Staff at Softtek. Janeth Ariana then became a BPO Manager and Junior Database Administrator at Softtek in 2017.

In 2018, they joined Nissan Motor Corporation as a Collections Agent. Janeth Ariana worked there until 2019 when they transitioned to Gensuite, where they initially served as a Business Operation Specialist and later became an IT Project Manager. Janeth Ariana'stenure at Gensuite lasted until 2021.

Currently, Janeth is employed at Benchmark Digital Partners LLC. Janeth Ariana holds the positions of IT Project Manager and Lead IT Project Management since January 2021.

Janeth Ariana Caballero Cantarero obtained a Licenciatura degree from the Universidad Metropolitana de Monterrey, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Scrum: Advanced and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2022 and August 2021, respectively.
