Joslyn Matt is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and board leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Self-Reclaimed since September 2020, Joslyn is dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. In the role of Senior Product Manager at Benchmark Analytics since June 2022, impactful contributions have been made in aligning product vision and strategy. Previous roles at Enova International and Vail Systems included various product management positions, where Joslyn led feature prioritization, customer interviews, and usability improvements. Earlier experience includes software engineering and development internships, along with a foundational role in public works management. Joslyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
