Valentijn Broeken is a Technical Account Manager at Benchling, having transitioned from a role in the Support team to providing tailored support to a select group of customers. With experience as a Technical Product Specialist, Valentijn assists scientists in optimizing data management within the Benchling platform. Prior to Benchling, Valentijn was a LIMS system administrator for DTU during the COVID-19 testing initiative, implementing a sample tracking system, and worked as a Bioinformatics data engineer at The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability, enhancing the Laboratory Information Management System. Early career roles include Team Leader at Albert Heijn, where Valentijn focused on customer satisfaction, and Children's Animator at Vacansoleil Camping Holidays. Valentijn holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology from DTU and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Leiden University.
