Zara Radcliffe is a seasoned project and operations manager with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Benares Restaurant and Bar, a Michelin-star establishment, Zara has successfully opened a new restaurant in Camden while previously managing operations at GrassFed Restaurant. With a strong background in turning around restaurant performance as General Manager at Pasta Remoli, Zara has also contributed to the establishment of tech-driven projects at Metrix Football and StreetDots, showcasing a diverse skill set in budget management, marketing, and team coordination. Educationally, Zara has attained a Food and Beverage Certificate from Ballymaloe Cookery School and is pursuing further studies at Birkbeck, University of London.
