Tal Alexandrovitz Segev has had a diverse range of work experience. Tal started their career as an Assistant to the Spokesperson at the Histadrut-General Federation of Labor in Israel from 1995 to 1998. Tal then had a role as an Assistant to the Labor, Social Affairs, and Social Services's Minister for the State of Israel from 1993 to 1995. After that, they became the Spokesperson to the Science, Culture, and Sports's Minister for the State of Israel from 1999 to 2005. Following this, they served as the VP of Marketing and Communication at Civic Trust �מון הציבור from 2005 to 2008. Currently, they are the CEO of Ben Horin & Alexandrovitz.

Tal Alexandrovitz Segev completed a maoz Leadership and Management course at Harvard Business School in 2021. Before that, from 2019 to 2021, they participated in the Maoz Amitim program. Tal holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was obtained between 1993 and 1998. They also completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Political Science at the same university from 1993 to 1996. Furthermore, Tal obtained a certification in the MAOZ Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in October 2021.
