Blake Pennington is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Beltone Midwest since August 2015, Blake manages the patient process for hearing loss candidates while fostering strong relationships focused on customer satisfaction. Previously, Blake held multiple positions at Union University, including Director of Wellness Services, overseeing wellness initiatives and revenue generation, and Intramural Sports Director, responsible for organizing and implementing sports programs. Early career experiences include working as an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems and an intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Blake holds a Master’s degree in Sport Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, both from Union University.
