Karla Romo has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as HR Manager at Belstra since May 2019, where roles also include Recruiting Manager and Recruiter. Prior to this position, Karla worked at Methodist Hospitals as a Phlebotomist from April 2018 to May 2019, and at Fair Oaks Farms as an Assistant Manager from March 2014 to May 2018.
