Deborah Baker is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in operations and management within the care sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lovett Care Limited since July 2022, Deborah has held various roles in the industry, including Operations Director at Lovett Care since December 2019 and Regional Manager at Four Seasons Healthcare since February 2012. Additionally, Deborah has experience as Head of Care Operations at Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited and as a Regional Manager at Southerncross Healthcare/Highfield Care. With a strong foundation in nursing and health studies, Deborah holds a DMS from Hopwood Hall College and a degree in RGN from West Pennine College.
