Po-Han Chen is a clinical professional with extensive nursing experience across various specializations. Currently serving as a Clinical Support Nurse at Maroondah Hospital since May 2024, Po-Han focuses on mentoring and promoting evidence-based practice in clinical settings. As a Perioperative Nurse with Belmore Nurses since February 2023, expertise includes atrial fibrillation ablation and angioplasty. Po-Han has held roles as an Anaesthetics Nurse at Victorian Nurse Specialists and as a PACU/Anaesthetics Nurse at St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne and Epworth, acquiring comprehensive skills in postoperative assessment, management of anaesthetic risks, and collaboration with healthcare stakeholders.
