Carina Q. currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice Presidents for Administration, Chief of Staff, and External Engagement at Belmont University since April 2024. Prior experience includes nearly seven years at HCA Healthcare, where Carina held roles such as Group Senior Administrative Assistant, providing support to senior executives in Human Resources and Clinical Services, and Senior Coordinator for various health-related projects. Earlier career highlights include a decade at Meharry Medical College, where Carina served as Legal Specialist and Chief of Staff to the President and CEO, along with administrative roles. Carina began the professional journey at Amprite Electric Co., Inc. as Support Staff and Accounts Payable Clerk. A graduate of Fisk University, Carina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
