Eric Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Eric started their career at Ardent Health Services as a Senior Manager, where they negotiated contracts, hired psychiatrists, and conducted clinical drug trials. Eric then moved on to UHS, where they held the role of Senior Manager at Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. Here, they rotated between Montevista Hospital and Red Rock hospitals, overseeing inpatient beds and different service programs.

Eric then transitioned to Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital as the Chief Executive Officer, where they managed inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health services. Eric also held risk for 550,000 covered lives under a capitated behavioral health/substance abuse carve-out agreement.
