Michael Civisca has extensive experience in residential construction and project management, currently serving as a Residential Construction Specialist at Belmont Housing Resources for WNY, Inc since 2017. In this role, Michael oversees all phases of residential renovations, focusing on quality workmanship and compliance with building codes, while also preparing detailed documents for estimating and loan facilitation. Prior to this, Michael established a successful singing career in the U.S. with AMIO Music from 1998 to 2016 and contributed to the branding and marketing strategies at ProTek Document Destruction from 2010 to 2014. Michael holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Daemen University.
