Kerri Sarette has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kerri started their career at St. Mary's Bank, where they held various managerial roles in loan servicing, member services, and retail banking. Kerri then transitioned to Fidelity Investments as a Senior Defined Benefit Specialist, where they were responsible for interpreting pension plans, ensuring compliance, and improving participant experience. Kerri also worked at the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador and participated in the Leadership Greater Nashua program. Currently, they are Vice President Operations at Bellwether Community Credit Union, where they have held various roles including AVP of Operations & BSA Officer, AVP of Retail Services, and Retail Sales Manager. In their current position, they oversee operations and is engaged in project management and process improvement.
Kerri Sarette began their education at the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained a Certificate in Project Management. Kerri then attended the University Learning Institute to further enhance their knowledge of Principles of Project Management. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance at Southern New Hampshire University, graduating in 2001. Later, from 2004 to 2007, Kerri earned their Master's degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from New England College. In 2021, they enrolled in the Credit Union National Association, where they pursued a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist degree, specializing in BSA/AML, a field of study they completed in 2022.
