Shelley Knebel has extensive experience in education and ministry, currently serving as the Children's Pastor at Hillcrest Chapel since August 2002, where oversight of the Children's Ministry for children in 5th grade and younger is a primary responsibility. Additionally, since January 1991, Shelley has taught 6th grade at Whatcom Middle School within Bellingham Public Schools while also providing substitute teaching and tutoring services. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Western Washington University, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
