Amanda Rutledge is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Bellevue Baptist Church since October 2007, Amanda oversees the Accounting/Finance department and manages a team of five full-time employees. Previously, Amanda held roles as Payroll Supervisor/Benefits Representative and Payroll Specialist at the same organization, responsible for payroll reporting and processing for over 400 employees using the Kronos system. Prior experience includes work as a Payroll Specialist at Bancsource Inc, where Amanda managed payroll processes for 400+ employees using Paychex software, and as an Accounts Payable Specialist/Payroll Specialist at Raytheon, handling wire payments and month-end reporting while utilizing the SAP system.
