Jim Hardy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fleet management, sales, and operations. As the Fleet Relationship Manager at Belle Tire since September 2007, Jim Hardy has excelled in providing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction for fleet clients. Previously, as the Auto Glass Division Sales and Operations Manager, Jim Hardy successfully launched a new auto glass product line, recruited and trained a team of 42 technicians, and established key relationships with business fleets and insurance agencies. Additionally, Jim Hardy co-owned Sherman's Lounge, a family business specializing in live entertainment in Flint, for over 29 years, and managed operations at Henderson Glass for nearly a decade.
