Eric Chen possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Belle Property since June 2018, Eric previously held the position of Managing Director at Wokinabox from July 2008 to May 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, conducting training, and nurturing franchisee relationships. Eric also contributed to Asian Restaurant Concepts as a member of the Franchise Partner Advisory Council from February 2016 to January 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and additional studies in global entrepreneurship and Chinese business negotiation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Adelaide.
