Greg Shade possesses extensive experience in IT management and board governance. Currently serving on the Board of Overseers at Bellarmine University and as a Board Member for Catholic Charities of Louisville, Inc. and Token 3 Club, Greg’s previous roles include Managing Partner at KGS Consulting and Principal at Mercer, where responsibilities included managing Salesforce programs for global HR applications. Previously, Greg held managerial positions at ZirMed, Prosoft, American Commercial Barge Line, and Orr, demonstrating a strong background in software development and IT operations. Greg earned an MBA from Bellarmine University and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Louisville.
