Paul Haviland has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. Paul started their career in 2007 as an Analyst at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan Group Inc. In 2010, they joined Jefferies as an Associate in the REIB Group, where they worked until 2012. Since 2012, Paul has been working at Bell Partners Inc, where they hold the position of Vice President, Investments. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing and executing multifamily acquisitions/dispositions, including financing, across two fund series totaling approximately $2B of equity. Their work covers various locations, including Austin, Dallas, Denver, SF/Bay Area, LA/OC/Inland Empire, and Seattle. Overall, Paul's work experience demonstrates their expertise in real estate investment and their ability to work on large-scale projects.
