Haley Philip has a diverse background in property management, starting as a leasing consultant and working their way up to assistant community manager and finally community manager. With experience in lease-ups and managing various properties, Haley has honed their skills in the real estate industry. Prior to their property management roles, Haley also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a waitress and manager at Something Fishy Seafood Restaurant. Haley holds a B.S.B.A in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an Associates in Business Administration from Cape Fear Community College.
