John Smart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor, employment, and immigration law. Currently serving as a Partner at Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP since March 2017, John previously held the position of Shareholder at Winstead PC from January 1996 to March 2017. Prior to that, John worked as an Attorney at Arter Hadden from 1993 to 1995 and at Johnson Bromberg & Leeds from 1992 to 1993. John Smart earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from Vanderbilt University in 1984.
