Matthew Gale is a Senior Associate at Bell Gully. Prior to joining Bell Gully, they worked as a Senior Solicitor at Wilson Harle, where they were involved in litigation at all levels of the New Zealand judicial system. Matthew has also worked as an Associate at Cooke, Young & Keidan LLP, and as a Legal Intern at the Vera Institute of Justice. Matthew Gale received their LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where they were also a student and mediator at the Penn Law Mediation Clinic.

Matthew Gale has a Master of Laws (LLM) with Distinction from University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons - First Class) and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) from University of Otago. Matthew is certified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
