William (Bill) Dickey currently serves as the Commercial Campaign Manager for Asia and the Global Military Sales and Strategy Manager at Bell Flight, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, William worked as a consultant for Valiant Integrated Services from 2016 to 2020. William's extensive experience with the United States Department of Defense spanned from 2005 to 2015, during which significant roles included Special Assistant to the Commander of Special Operations Joint Task Force - Afghanistan, Chief of the Office of the U.S. Defense Representative to Myanmar, and other key representative positions in Nigeria, Indonesia, and Pakistan. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
