Shyam Kumar is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor and previously as a Test Lead at Bell since September 2009, Shyam has contributed to various roles in quality assurance, including Sr. Quality Analyst at Telus Mobility and Test Analyst at Bell Canada. Shyam's career began as a QA Prime at TELUS Communications in 2006. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sri Krishna Engineering College, completed in 2004.
