Oscar Torres is an experienced software professional with a robust background in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Software Tech Lead at Bell since June 2013, Oscar has successfully led the development of innovative applications, including the creation of a new consolidation application that utilizes Google Cloud Platform and Elasticsearch.
