Marc-André Genest is currently a Senior Software Developer at Bell Canada, where Marc-André analyzes, evaluates, designs, develops, deploys, documents, and supports contact center solutions. Marc-André also co-founded Club Cycliste Cycle Pop and was a partner and software developer at Jikko. With a background in computer engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Marc-André has also worked as an Engineer in test and quality assurance at EXFO, Talva Corporation, Mindready Solutions, and Beltron Technologies.
